How ABERY Grew from Mold Maker to Manufacturing Partner

Since 2009, we have expanded our in-house capabilities around one goal: helping customers move from design approval to reliable production with fewer handoffs and clearer responsibility.

2009

ABERY was founded in Shenzhen by a team of mold engineers with one clear goal: build production-ready molds backed by responsive technical support.

2012

Achieved ISO 9001 certification and formalized quality management across mold design, machining, assembly, trial, and inspection.

2014

Expanded injection molding capacity to more than 30 machines and began supporting customer programs in Europe and North America.

2016

Added MAKINO CNC machining centers and SODICK EDM systems to strengthen in-house precision, consistency, and complex mold capability.

2018

Established after-sales support in France to provide faster technical coordination for European tooling and molding programs.

2020

Expanded international project support and reached more than 250 mold sets delivered annually.

2022

Secured 11 utility model and design patents covering tooling structures and manufacturing improvements.

2024–Present

Now operates an integrated 10,000 m² facility with 61 injection molding machines and dedicated teams for project management, mold design, machining, assembly, molding, and quality control.
