Manufacturing defects attributable to ABERY are reviewed and corrected under the warranty terms agreed for the project. Coverage, maintenance responsibilities, normal-wear exclusions, and transfer conditions are documented before tooling approval.

2. Fast RFQ Review

We acknowledge complete RFQ packages within three business hours and identify missing technical or commercial information. Quote timing is then confirmed according to part complexity and project scope.

3. DFM Before Mold Design Release

Once sufficient part, material, volume, and quality requirements are available, our engineers review draft angles, wall thickness, undercuts, gate strategy, ejection, and foreseeable molding risks before mold design is released.
